Taqueria reheating instructions.
For Carnitas, Suadero:
Float bag in a pot of hot water for 25 minutes. Alternatively reheat in conventional oven in an over safe container for 20 minutes at 300f mixing the braise every 10 minutes. You may allow an extra 5 minutes to crisp the top.
Calabacitas can be reheated stove top until hot.
Chiles toreados and Cebollitas heat up in a comal or griddle. Squeeze some lime juice, and season with sea salt.
For tortillas:
Warm up in a comal or griddle. Cover in linen or foil to retain heat.
