Effective January 1st, 2025:

We no longer offer parking validation. Mixtli has no control over the parking operations as it is owned by Ironwood Real Estate out of Austin. Their parking fee is $25.00 and this amount goes to the owners of the parking lot and the property in which Mixtli operates.
