All sales are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds/reschedules issued of any kind.

Tickets can be sent to the guest waitlist and a refund will be issued only if the tickets sell for your reservation date and time. Tickets can also be transferred to friends and family.

This has been the restaurants policy since October 1st of 2013. This is made aware to our guests in the ticket buying process on tock.
