Adjacent to our dining room, The Cellar holds more than 1,200 wines from around the world. Curated by our certified Sommelier Hailey Pruitt, our collection pays special homage to wines from Mexico.

What pairs better with wine than old-world charcuterie, cheese, and Spanish conservas? Try a tin of Spanish smoked oysters or mussels or dig in to a plate of jamon de bellota.


I’m incredibly proud of the diverse wine program we’ve built at Mixtli, and I’m excited to share my passion for all aspects of wine—from the farming and harvesting to winemaking and distribution—on a deeper level at The Cellar by guiding guests’ choices and suggesting pairings.
