Charcuterie Week Bento Box


Mixtli's charcuterie box is full of handcrafted old world tradition with new world flavors in honor of San Antonio's Charcuterie Week 2014. We take great pride in making everything by hand respecting tradition in every way possible. The boxes can be purchased at the restaurant after dinner service, or online and be picked up at Mixtli starting July 22nd to the 26th.

*The boxes can be picked up at the Restaurant from Tuesday, July 22nd to Saturday July 26th from 4 PM to 7 PM*

Inside each bento box  you will find:

Candied citrus peel

Pickled watermelon rind

Xonoconstle Jam

Terrine of Butifarra Chiapaneca

Chorizo

House baked bolillos

Huitlacoche butter

Duck liver paté with Mexican vanilla geleè
